On a personal note; we reside in the Kyrene Corridore; which consists of Ahwatukee, W. Chandler & S. Tempe.  Our office is in Ahwatukee, (a popular community in Phoenix), and 5 minutes away is our home in W. Chandler.  Terry relocated to Phoenix in 1981 from Southern California,  & Stephen from Chicago in  1976.  We have literally "grown up" with the Valley of The Sun. We are very familiar with it's history, builders, subdivisions, older homes, newer & brand new homes; and many other aspects such as dining, entertainment, shopping, schools,  places of interest, tradespeople, as well as many other services you may need as a resident of Arizona.

We love Arizona, it's history, culture and perfect location to the beach in Rocky Point,  Mexico or San Diego.  We can sun bathe on a November morning -- and play in the snow that afternoon.  There is so much to do and see, we never tire of it here.

We recently adopted 2 small dogs from a no kill shelter, and adore our pets. We enjoy water sports such as fishing, snorkeling & scuba diving.  We appreciate traveling, touring ancient ruins, beautiful gardens & historic buildings. Stephen plays golf, jogs, plays and collects guitars. Terry practices yoga, power walks & bicycles on a regular basis.
